THE CONCEPT

Bash's social and email ecosystem needed to remain instantly recognisable across seasons, campaigns and platforms without becoming visually repetitive. The challenge was creating a flexible design system that could support constant content variation while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

PROCESS & APPROACH

Designed and evolved core template families spanning New In, Trending Now, seasonal campaigns, brand-specific formats and the Unboxed sneaker sub-brand. Each system was built to balance creative consistency with production efficiency, enabling high-volume content creation without compromising art direction quality.
